Meet Our Founders
Rob Reynosa
Rob is the husband of his wonderful wife Monica of over 20 years, a proud father of three amazing teenagers, the Senior Pastor of Power Church, and the Program Director for Homies Mentor.
Having grown up in the Aldine community and once walking a difficult path himself, Rob now has a deep passion to minister to the same neighborhoods that shaped his life.
He enjoys coffee, film, traveling, and considers himself an amateur foodie. More than anything, he is committed to helping youth discover their purpose and avoid the mistakes he once made.
Monica Reynosa
Monica is a wife of nearly two decades, mother of three teenagers, minister, and corporate trainer.
Her greatest desire is to inspire and motivate people toward personal transformation. She is a lifelong learner, avid reader, and coffee lover who believes that every young person deserves encouragement, guidance, and opportunity.
Together, Rob and Monica lead Homies Mentor with compassion, experience, and a vision to impact the next generation.
